   Ashadhi ekadashi is one of the most important religious celebration in Maharashtra.Devotees of vitthal visit pandharpur to pay their respect  every year .This year ,Ashadhi Ekadashi falls on July 08. Ashadhi Ekadashi is celebrated each year with great enthusiasm in K.K.Wagh English School ,Kakasaheb Nagar. The children come dressed as ‘Warkaris’ .Teacher tell stories related to the various saints and abhangs are played in background .A palkhi was decorated by the teacher and a procession taken out in the school permission.
